Who We Are
Premises Control is a full-service security integration firm dedicated to long-term client partnerships. We offer a comprehensive suite of leading-edge solutions, including access control, CCTV, intercom communications, thermal imaging, analytics and more.
We began as a low-voltage contractor in 1992, performing subcontract CCTV, EAS, and access control installations. To provide our own turnkey security solutions, we established Premises Control in 1998. Our affiliated companies include Premises Systems, Inc. (VoIP telephony) and Cabling Concepts, Inc. (low-voltage contracting and paging).
When security is important, you can’t afford to take shortcuts
We Service the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
Our offices are located in Walled Lake, Michigan and Parma, Ohio, but National Security Integrators — our national network of partners — enables us to provide service far beyond our Midwest territory.
About National Security Integrators (NSI)
NSI is a closely knit group of privately held electronic security integrators that work together to provide high-quality, consistent security services for companies with regional offices throughout the United States and Canada. Premises Control is proud to be a member of this organization. For more information, please visit the NSI website.
NSI vs. Large Companies
Having multi-regional or nationwide requirements, many clients feel pressured to call on a large, national firm. While larger security firms may be bigger, NSI members provide the one key ingredient to any service relationship that makes a difference — personalized attention. With NSI, not only do you receive an incredibly high level of customer service, but you also receive it on a regional and national basis.
